"The Family Business Center has been an important factor in helping us grow our business from 25 employees in 1997 to over 120 today. FBC programs help us to recognize and address/correct many issues unique to family businesses before they become problems. Another key benefit is the help we receive in developing our middle management team through access to a wide range of leadership and management classes at the UW Executive Education program at discounted pricing. Our FBC membership is a great value! "

The University of Wisconsin Madison Family Business Center (FBC) exists solely to help its membership of business-owning families address their unique needs. The FBC recognizes the important role that family-owned businesses play in our local, regional and global economy. By providing outstanding educational programming and creating membership learning opportunities, this not-for-profit resource helps family businesses succeed for generations to come.

The FBC is grateful for the financial support and expertise provided by its sponsors. Founding Sponsors helped establish the Center in its first ten years and continue their commitment. Sustaining Sponsors have recently joined and will provide additional support in meeting the Center’s long-term goals.
