Terry Aldebert

Terry Aldebert, CBAP, is a senior consultant and instructor with Procept Associates Ltd. Her applied experience includes tenure in the banking industry, focusing on electronic banking and the mortgage and insurance lines of business. Within public service, Terry completed a large business process review project, which included enhancing the processes for four large City of Toronto divisions. She also worked as a project manager for a project aimed to provide a centralized call center for all city information and operations. Currently, Terry works for a health agency and is responsible for automating and re-engineering business processes within the organization. 

Terry's education is in applied science, geography and politics. She has been trained on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. She is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis and the Project Management Institute and holds both her Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certifications.

In addition to teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Terry teaches at University of Toronto, University of Calgary, University of Waterloo, Simon Fraser University, and Dalhousie University. She is a volunteer and program coordinator for a community gardening group, and the membership chair for her sailing club.
