    Drew Howick


    Drew Howick is Founder and Senior Consultant of Howick Associates, an established Madison-based consulting firm that has been a trusted advisor and collaborative partner to leading organizations through-out the United States.  In contribution to the mission of  “Developing Talent, Driving Change, and Delivering Results,” Drew has extensive experience in designing and facilitating leadership development workshops, planning and facilitating group processes (of all sizes), and coaching leaders who wish to increase their interpersonal effectiveness. Drew is also author of the book, The New Compleat Facilitator: A Handbook for Facilitators.  Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rhetoric and Public Address from the University of Oregon (Phi Beta Kappa) and a Master of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).  He has taught as a high school teacher in the State of Oregon, an instructor for University of Wisconsin-Madison and a frequent presenter at professional association conferences.
