Kathryn Jeffers

Kathryn Jeffers is a writer and teacher who delivers over a hundred training programs each year throughout the United States that teach people how to build better working relationships. She coaches teams, managers, and executives on how to increase their leadership capacity and accomplish their business goals.

Jeffers has a Master’s Degree in Communication and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Emotional Intelligence Indicator. She is the author of numerous published articles in the area of organizational development and is the co-author of “Finding Solutions to Workplace Problems,” and “Don’t Kill the Messenger.” Her diverse list of clients include IBM, Wausau Insurance, U.S. Navy, Ameritech, American Family Insurance, Duke University Medical Center, Ryder Truck, Connecticut Mutual Insurance, Winnipeg School System, TDS Telecom, IRS, Quality Bicycle Company, Mercury Marine, W.W.
