    Terrance Maxwell


    Terrance P. Maxwell is a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business where he has taught classes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and corporate finance. Prior to that, he spent 20 years with Robert W. Baird & Co. advising middle-market companies on their strategic growth and financing initiatives and serving as head of investment banking and as a member of the board of directors. Baird is one of the largest employee-owned financial services firms in the United States and has been named to FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® list for eight consecutive years..
