Dr. Karen Ostrov, founder & principal of Konect Consulting LLC, combines 20 years of professional leadership experience as a licensed psychologist, educator, public speaker, group facilitator, author and ad hoc faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her work in executive coaching has been profiled in In Business, the Madison Business Journal, Business Beat, and Wisconsin State Journal.
Ostrov received her Ph.D in psychology from Marquette University, a master's degree in counseling from Washington University, and a B.A. with honors in psychology from the University of Michigan. Ostrov has attained certification with the National Health Service Providers in Psychology. Other professional affiliations include the American Psychological Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, The Business Forum, Society of Human Resource Managers, the Madison Association for Psychological Type, and the Madison Area Business Consultants.
