    Curtiss Peck


    Curtiss Peck is the founder and president of Assessment Systems International, Inc. He is an adjunct assistant professor at the Milwaukee School of Engineering—Graduate School of Management.

    Peck has over 25 years of experience consulting with companies like Harley-Davidson, Grainger, Lockheed Martin, and Citibank on organizational development, change management, high-performance teams, leadership development, and project management. He has been a performance coach for executives and managers in numerous companies. He also has experience in union leadership and negotiation.

    Peck received his B.S. in social welfare and criminal justice and his M.S. is in administrative leadership from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He has completed extensive post-graduate studies in educational and industrial/organizational psychology. Peck is a Registered Organization Development Professional and is the author of numerous articles on testing and performance improvement, several standard and custom inventories for assessing and developing leaders, teams and organizations, and diverse workbooks for improving performance.
