    Richard Pitzner has a broad base of experience from more than 36 years in the practice of business and tax law. His expertise includes business planning and negotiation of commercial transactions; mergers, acquisitions and purchase or sale of business, including business pricing and valuation; ownership succession planning for closely held businesses and business reorganization.

    Pitzner has substantial teaching and speaking credits and also acts as an expert witness in professional malpractice cases involving Wisconsin lawyers and Wisconsin CPAs.
