Developing Management Skills
Robert Jeffers
Robert Jeffers believes it is possible to be successful in almost any work setting. It takes paying attention to a few simple rules and getting out of our own way when it’s time to practice what we know. In addition to the Mid-Management Development courses he teaches, Robert is also an independent consultant and coach who delivers over 75 presentations a year to businesses, associations, government and educators. He practices the leadership of which he speaks, whether it be on the podium, behind a desk in the office or as a husband and father of two. Robert makes his home in Olympia, Washington.
