Robert Shaver
Bob Shaver, MBA, is program director for Basic Management in Executive Education at University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business. In addition to developing, teaching and managing the Basic Management certificate series, Bob designs and delivers customized employee surveys and on-site custom programs for companies such as Caterpillar, CUNA Mutual Group, Elkay Manufacturing Company, Promega, Swiss Colony and Wausau Papers. Prior to his academic appointment in 1990, Bob had more than 20 years of corporate and government work experience, including 10 years of first-line, middle and executive management experience.
Dale Feinauer
Dale Feinauer received his Bachelors of Science (Spring 1979), Masters of Labor and Human Resources (Spring 1982), and Ph.D. in Labor and Human Resources (Spring 1983), from The Ohio State University. He has been a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh since 1983, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in both human resources and management. Dale has engaged in consulting for over 150 organizations in the areas of employee empowerment, team building, reengineering, compensation, training, planning, organizational culture, managing organizational change, board/CEO relations, board roles in the management of not-for-profit organizations, recruitment, performance appraisal and human resource planning. He has conducted over 350 training seminars for local, national and international audiences. Active in his community, Dale has provided volunteer services to over 100 organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of Evergreen Manor Retirement Community for 10 years. He has also been president of the Omro Schools Board of Education, the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Faculty Senate and the Winnebago County Association for Retarded Citizens.
Tony Nagle
Tony Nagle is president of A.G. Nagle Company, a training and development firm specializing in negotiation and sales strategies. Known nationally as a negotiations expert, Tony has trained more than 15,000 people from industries ranging from manufacturing to banking to telecommunications. He works on negotiation problems in sales and marketing and consults on mergers for Fortune 500 companies.
Tammy Thayer
Tammy Thayer is President of the Center for Advanced Studies in Business, Inc. (CASB) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business. Her work involves building partnerships between private corporations and the university to supplement a corporation’s training needs to fulfill their strategies and objectives. She works closely with executives and university faculty to design company-specific programs.
Karen Ostrov
Karen Ostrov is a licensed psychologist and founder/principal of Konect, which provides coaching, leadership development and organizational consulting services to executives and company leaders.

Lori L. Silverman
Lori Silverman is the owner of Partners for Progress®, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations think differently. Lori’s highly energized and enthusiastic speaking approach, and magical stories inspire her audiences to take action. Lori is a member of the National Speakers Association. Lori has authored over 75 articles and workbooks on the topics of strategic planning, teamwork, self-managed teams, organizational transformation,achieving customer satisfaction and how to influence others. Lori holds a B.S. degree in psychology and an M.S. degree in counseling and guidance, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has an MBA degree from Edgewood College, Madison, Wis.
