- Building time and cost estimates
- Developing the project schedule (network diagram)
- Assigning resources
- Cost/schedule optimization
- Presenting estimates and plan to project sponsors
- Baselining the project
Project execution and control
- Updating the plan with actuals
- Managing change requests
- Determining impacts to other projects
Project closure
- Completion and submission of all project deliverables
- Conducting post-project reviews
- Capturing lessons learned
- Instructor evaluation and feedback

Evening before course — 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Optional dinner for those arriving early
Days 1 and 2 — 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Session
Day 3 — 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Session
