Dave Gee


Dave is CEO and Founder of Sales Sherpas, a full-service marketing and advertising firm. Sales Sherpas provides measurable marketing solutions to help firms achieve their peak sales performance.

In addition to teaching in the Executive Education program at the University of Wisconsin, Dave has also been teaching sales management in the marketing department for seven years.

Other corporate experience includes: Marketing management and Sales management roles at Humana, Telephone and Data Systems, U.S. Cellular, BellSouth and Motorola. He has marketed to and through over 40,000 sales agents, trained over 37,000 salespeople, managed over $14 million in direct marketing campaigns, launched and managed a customer loyalty program that generated a 47% reduction in customer churn, and is a 12-time recipient of BellSouth Pacesetter Award. Dave earned his MBA in marketing from Marquette University, his BBA in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and he holds a certificate in direct marketing from the Direct Marketing Association. He offers powerful and practical insights to help marketing and sales leaders maximize their company’s profitable growth.

Dave lives with his wife Amy and children Lindsey and Steven near Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
