- Developing and managing a business relationship with outsourced subcontractors
- Assessing different types of contractual relationships and their risks
- Developing a risk management plan with outsourced subcontractors
- Moving from vendor management to partner management
Day 3
Managing Co-Located Teams
- The advantages and challenges of co-located teams
- Assessing and selecting co-located team members
