Data to Decisions: Data Analysis
Tools and Techniques for Managers

Unleash the power of everyday software applications
for improved results...in half the time.

In today’s world, the question isn’t “where’s the data,” but rather “where can I find the answer that’s buried in the data?” “Data to Decisions” was developed to address the gap professionals encounter when it comes to data analysis.

More than a spreadsheet training class, this course delves into some of the advanced tools present in desktop spreadsheets and Business Intelligence (BI) software that will allow you to save time and produce results. Rather than lecturing you on obtuse and overwhelming statistical concepts, we introduce you to tools that leverage the power of statistical analysis and data modeling, without going through volumes of formulas and theory. And we present it all using easy-to-understand layman’s terms and applied real-world examples.

Completely hands-on, the course is structured to allow you to practice the concepts and techniques using real-data, real-business cases. Emphasis will be on application; your experience in the business world will be more valuable than how much you remember from a statistics class years ago or the level of wizardry you can perform in Microsoft® Excel.
