Prior to the program, leadership questionnaires are mailed to you to be completed by your manager, peers and direct reports, then returned to us one month before the program. At the program, you will receive confidential leadership and emotional competence summary reports that reveal your strengths and the skills to develop during the program. This ensures that your learning experience begins immediately and is tailored specifically to you. Seasoned corporate coaches provide individual coaching, helping you learn more about yourself and how you interact with others.
