- Managing triggers and upsets
- Assessing yourself on your approach to motivating others
- Learning the goals and roles of effective facilitation
Day 3
Improving Performance
- Understanding decision-making dynamics
- Learning to manage through decision-making struggles
- Hands-on practice facilitating real-time situations
- Finding out what to do (and not do) in the goal-setting process
- Practicing feedback and positive reinforcement skills
- Learning what to do (and what not to do) when setting goals
- Creating an action plan for going forward
