- Deepen your insight regarding your leadership and coaching style
- Learn to translate organizational vision into a clear vision and goals for your area
Day 2
Leading and Coaching for Development
- Understand the behavioral changes necessary to learn how to lead effectively
- Clarify what people need to exert maximum effort and achieve maximum performance
- Analyze performance problems (yours and others) and determine how to resolve them
- Determine who, how, when and why you should coach
- Understand the critical elements to successful coaching
- Different coaching methods: process, performance, problems and informal
- Practice coaching sessions
Day 3
A Coaching Boot Camp
- Becoming coachable
- Providing ground rules for the coaching conversation
- Giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Developing a coaching action plan to address a real performance gap in your workplace
- Practicing key coaching steps with real-life scenarios
- Coaching the coach
