- Building the skills of inquiry and advocacy to improve relationship and productivity
- Applying inquiry and advocacy skills cross-culturally
Day 2
- Understanding which management behaviors affect employee engagement, both positively and negatively
- Analyzing your thinking and behavior and recognizing your strengths as well as any stumbling blocks using the Life Style Inventory (LSI) Self-Development Guide
- Understanding how to accentuate strengths and weaknesses identified through the LSI self-assessment
- Improving the emotional intelligence required to deal with conflict: impulse, control, reality testing and assertiveness
- Coaching others about performance issues
- Giving constructive feedback to others in a way they — and you — can handle
Day 3
- Understanding how to build a work environment that motivates the right behaviors
- Understanding how to manage relationships in team settings
- Applying LSI, inquiry and advocacy skills in team settings
- Creating an action plan for applying these principles in your workplace
