An Introduction to Project Management: An Online Offering

“Delta Dental of Wisconsin used this presentation to get our executive group familiarized with and excited about the benefits of project management. As we move project management to an enterprise-wide discipline, it is important that all levels of the organization understand the protocols, methodology and terminology that we are already using in project management within IT.”
