Financial Management Series

You may choose individual programs to fit your schedule, but most participants benefit from taking the entire series since the sessions build on each other and you save 10% from the cost of individual sessions.

Basics of financial management

Learn accounting jargon, bookkeeping basics, the three types of financial statements, and how your management decisions affect your firm’s financial future. Get the most from your accountant and gather meaningful information to help you manage your business.

Using financial statements

Use your financial statements to take advantage of opportunities, improve business performance and discover problem areas. Manage accounts receivable, inventory and debt through ratio analysis. Take a "fiscal examination" of your company’s health.

Budgeting and profit planning

Learn the steps in the budgeting process. Develop a simple, effective financial plan for your business and make adjustments to stay profitable. Predict required sales volumes, estimate expenses and assess different business strategies.
