Tim Seifriz, SPHR
Tim has nearly 20 years of diversified human resources experience, working within a variety of industries, including medical equipment , biotechnology and investments/financial services.  His experience includes leading human resource functions through mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and other periods of rapid change.

Tim received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.  He has been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources since 1998.  He also is a Certified Trainer and Change Management Professional.  Tim is a Past President of the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management and is a frequent presenter on various Human Resource and business leadership issues within the Madison-area.

 

Mila C. Stahl, PHR, Vice President and Principal, HRG
Mila has over 15 years of varied human resources and accounting experience, with particular strengths in benefits and payroll administration, audits, budgeting, compensation, financial reporting and analysis.  Her background includes experience in diverse organizations, including government (U.S. National Park Service), insurance (Arbella Mutual Insurance Corp.), banking (M & I Bank, Inc.) and healthcare (orthodontic practice management) sectors.

In her role at HRG, Mila’s focus is on benefits administration and consulting, HR policies and practices, compensation, and leading new business development and marketing activities. 

As the head of HRG’s Payroll Services Division, Mila supports small to mid-sized businesses, organizations and associations in effectively meeting their payroll and HR support needs, including providing leading-edge payroll services, human resources information systems (HRIS), benefits administration and time and attendance services.

Mila holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Cardinal Stritch University.
