By taking the personal initative to train in a new methodology, you demonstrate your professional commitment to your organization. The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Six Sigma certificate series offers a flexible course curriculum to accommodate your schedule constraints and industry-specific issues. The certification process is outlined below:

  1. Gain understanding, applied practice and Yellow Belt certification by attending the foundation course, “Accelerated Six Sigma.”
  2. For deeper comprehension and the skills needed to lead an effective process improvement project, follow the Six Sigma course progression, as outlined above, by completing three required courses and one industry-specific elective course.
