Certificate Requirements
To earn your TL Certificate participant must submit a completed enrollment form, which allows us to apply any past qualifying courses and track future activity.
Once your enrollment has been accepted, completion of the certificate entails attending six multi-day courses from a menu of more than 15 — including at least two courses from each content area — within a three-year time span (COURSE LIST). You may customize the series to meet your career development goals by selecting the content of emphasis and the scheduling of courses to meet your personal and professional calendar. Never static, the TL Certificate’s curriculum is constantly updated by program faculty to meet the changing demands placed upon leaders and organizations in today’s world economy.
