WORKSHOP 1: DEFINING SUCCESS

When you are clear on how you define success, it's much easier to achieve it, accept it and appreciate it. Attend this workshop and gain the tools you need to shift away from an overwhelmed, unfulfilled and lost mindset into one that is more optimistic, appreciative and settled. This interactive workshop will help you define success for yourself, both personally and professionally, so that you stay focused, anchored and positive in these crazy times.

  • Learn what your parameters for success look like
  • Understand how to manage your own energy, as well as the energy you feel from outside influences
  • Acquire the tools and skills necessary to stay anchored and positive during turbulent times
  • Discover ways to help others on your team become clearer on how they define success, keep their energy up and stay positive

Join us for an interactive session on how new findings in positive psychology can change women's lives for the better. Learn how to find "your happy place" by applying the new science of happiness. Relying on others or external events to achieve a meaningful life is past. Engaging your true sense of purpose and taking "emotional responsibility" for your happiness is the key.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Why women get trapped into believing certain situations will bring them happiness
  • How to avoid these traps and master your own happily ever after
